Small Boat Workshop has been dedicated
to the restoration of traditional watercraft since 1986. Originally established in a warehouse in
downtown Portland, Maine, it has gone through many metamorphoses. For the past three years, Small Boat
Workshop has been located on the waterfront in Harpswell, Maine but we have recently relocated to Essex, MA.
Our services include:
- Construction of traditional dinghys, dory's and prams.
- Preventive maintenance and restoration
- Custom painting
and brightwork
